Expert in a particular subject area or areas
One or more years of formal or informal training experience
Note: There will be some candidates who should be gently discouraged from taking this course. To simply want to become a trainer is not a good enough reason. Potential enrolled learners need to be made fully aware that to attain this qualification one needs to be seriously academic and be extremely committed. It is a tough qualification!
